The Story So Far…

Greenteeth Press is an independent publishing house committed to making books accessible for everyone. We want to support unpublished writers in their progression into professional authors. We publish fiction, including novels and short story collections of all genres, and nonfiction, including memoirs.

Since 2018 we have published anthologies, on themes from Science Fiction to the Uncanny, and other works from emerging authors.We regularly run open calls for submissions for our anthologies.

Our Team

Imogen Peniston founded Greenteeth Press during her final year at York St John University after seeing the lack of accessible publishing opportunities in the north. Imogen handles everything from commissioning and editing to book design and admin. Outside of books, she likes visiting antique shops, making largely inedible cakes, and listening to podcasts about ghosts.
